CINCINNATI - Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has been nominated for the FedEx Air Player of the Week Award following a big performance against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.Justin Fields of the Chicago Bears and Brock Purdy of the San Francisco 49ers are the other nominees. Fields threw for 282 yards and four touchdowns in a win over the Washington Commanders on Thursday. Purdy finished with 252 yards and four touchdowns in a resounding win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night.
FedEx Air & Ground will make a donation in the name of the winning quarterback to Historically Black Colleges and Universities across the country.
