Kitty survives explosion in Susquehanna TownshipA beloved cat believed to have been killed when a Susquehanna Township house exploded in December has been found alive near the flattened home, two months later, family members told PennLive.
There were no signs or sightings of Kitty until this week, when a neighbor told Jennifer Barber about a mysterious cat lingering where their home used to be. Chad and Jennifer’s daughters, ages 18 and 20, immediately drove to their old address, with cat food and treats in hand, and met their father there after he got off work.
They still weren’t sure if this was their Kitty. This cat “did not look good,” Chad Barber said, and remained skittish.
