FOX43's Tyler Hatfield traveled to Field of Screams in Mountville to see if he has what it takes to be a scream actor.
MOUNTVILLE, Pa. — If you want to be scared for Halloween, you can always count on local haunted houses and attractions to deliver the thrills.Tyler learned from Tanner Schopf, head of actor services at Field of Screams. Schopf explained how the actors are assigned a haunted attraction each night. He also showed Tyler the costume and make-up process.
"The system is just fluid and everyone comes in and they’re in and out," said Schopf."We have 150 to 200 actors to process and they have to be ready when we open." Watch the video above to learn how Tyler suited up as an actor himself and learned the proper technique to deliver the thrills.
