Zara McDermott has addressed her Love Island past, revealing that she's 'honoured' to be the first contestant from the ITV2 reality show to do Strictly Come Dancing
Strictly Come Dancing star Zara McDermott has made a name for herself in the documentary world - however, Love Island fans will remember that she originally took part in the fourth series of the hit ITV2 reality show.
Speaking to OK! in an exclusive interview, Zara said that she's "grateful, humbled and flattered" to be Strictly's first Love Island contestant. "That's my passion. My dream is to be a documentary-maker forever.""It’s not something that I’m particularly ashamed of - I love the show, I'm a massive fan. I've watched it since series one. But it does feel like a lifetime ago when people bring it up.
