Ahsoka's Baylan Skoll is making something new.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Summary Baylan Skoll serves as a villain in Ahsoka, but the dark sider is intent on creating something for the greater good that may rival the Jedi. A fallen Jedi himself, Skoll is a mercenary working for Nightsister Morgan Elsbeth as she seeks to bring Grand Admiral Thrawn back to the known galaxy. Baylan and his apprentice Shin Hati have been obedient, though their goals don't completely align with Elsbeth's.
Baylan Is Dark With Honorable Traits Unlike any other of his kind, Baylan uses the dark side with honor. On several occasions, Baylan has actively avoided conflict, only engaging with his enemies when forced to do so. He's cut from the same cloth as Obi-Wan Kenobi, interested in negotiating a peaceful outcome first and foremost. The New Republic and Ahsoka haven't given him the opportunity to do so, requiring what he deems "inevitable" bloodshed.
