After going at least 12 years without playing, the teams have met on three occasions since 2016. The last time, in 2019, Salesian crushed the Mariners 42-14 in the NCS playoffs. Calpreps.com favors Moreau Catholic by 21 points in this contest. First-year coach Keith Minor has the Mariners on a roll following an 0-10 season last year.
