The Londoner has come in for some hefty criticism in recent weeks after defeats to Kilmarnock, PSV, and Celtic.
The former Ibrox captain believes talk of change in the managerial hot seat at his old club is too early for now.
The club has backed him in the transfer market by allowing him to spend £13million in overhauling the first team squad at Ibrox. Speaking on Go Radio's Football Show, Ferguson admits Beale could be treading on very thin ice with another poor result."People were shouting for his head on Sunday and a lot of that is anger. And I totally get that, I was angry and frustrated by the result on Sunday.
