Throughout the Back to the Future trilogy, Biff is utterly obsessed with Marty McFly’s mom, Lorraine Baines, and will stop at nothing to make her his wife despite her complete disgust with the idea. But in the alternate timeline seen in Back to the Future Part II, Biff achieves his goal of marrying Lorraine, with the reveal of an incredibly dark secret relating to Biff’s feelings for her making this moment even more creepy and disturbing than fans might have initially realized.

Biff's Obsession with Lorraine Ruined His Relationships So while the idea of Biff forcing Lorraine to marry him in Back to the Future’s alternate 1985 was already a dark development for the series to delve into, Biff also having a secret lair where he nurtures his unhealthy obsession with Lorraine is up there with some of the worst things he’s done as a character.
