Ideal for day trips, festivals, exploration and around town

Overall, the F.A.R collection makes a lot of sense. It’s light and foldable and easy to store when not in use. It’s also bold, bright and durable when it’s time to shine. In general, I recommend the collection but read through the review to determine if the items make sense for you.Article contentThe duffle bags are perfect for day trips, weekends away, camping , road trips and other duffle bag activities. They’re lightweight and come in three sizes: 40L, 55L and 70L.

The backpack straps are great, but not meant to be worn for hours as the bag doesn’t have an ergonomic-friendly build. They’re not technical hiking bags but rather more structured duffles with convenient backpack straps with an attitude.Article content

Why People Get Away with Being Rude at WorkWhy People Get Away with Being Rude at WorkPeople who experience workplace rudeness report lower engagement, suffer more mental and physical health problems, and are more likely to burn out and quit their jobs. But while some research has indicated leaders take reports of bad behavior seriously, get the facts, and punish offenders, a new series of studies paints a much bleaker picture. First, researchers show that victims of rudeness were largely perceived by their manager as perpetrators of rude behavior. And the employees who were reported as being rude to others weren’t seen that way by their manager under two conditions: when they had a tight relationship with the boss or were high performers. Second, victims of rudeness were perceived as performing considerably worse by research participants than employees who hadn’t been mistreated, regardless of the employees’ actual performance. To address this, leaders must become more aware of their biases and how to prevent them from affecting their decision making.
