AT&T expands fiber network throughout Jacksonville
AT&T is expanding its ultra-fast internet speeds of AT&T Fiber to more Jacksonville locations, including residential and small businesses.
“If you think back to Covid, when everybody was in their homes, there was a paradigm shift. Not that connectivity wasn't important before, but having high-quality fiber broadband connectivity became a priority for a lot more people once they were home during pandemic. We saw a spike in need,” AT&T Florida President Joe York said.
York also noted that AT&T is making an effort to build across the entire city without targeting any one particular area.
