Ashley Graham addresses awkward Hugh Grant interview after he's labelled 'obnoxious' Oscars2023
Ashley Graham has broken her silence on the awkward interview that she conducted with Hugh Grant at Sunday night's Oscars.
Model Ashley remained dignified about the interview, as she told TMZ at LAX airport on Monday: "You know what, my mama told me to kill people with kindness." She was met with an awkwardly long pause, before Hugh eventually replied: “It’s fascinating … the whole of humanity is here … it’s Vanity Fair.”
Making a desperate attempt at getting some conversation from the actor, Ashley asked him about the designer of his suit, as she said: "What are you wearing?" to which he bluntly replied: "Just my suit." Hugh then had a blank look on his face as he told her that he was “barely in it”, adding: “I’m in it for about three seconds.”
