Deputies arrested a man for the robbery of a marijuana store in Snohomish County on Thursday night, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 9 p.m., two armed and masked people entered a marijuana store in the 15800 block of Highway 99.The two suspects fled the area in a car before deputies arrived.Around 10:30 p.m., deputies received a report of the suspects’ car driving slowly through the parking lot of another marijuana store in the 21100 block of State Route 9.
When deputies arrived, they attempted to stop the car, but the suspects fled south on State Route 9, then west on State Route 222 and into Seattle. The suspects’ car was finally stopped when a deputy hit the car with a pursuit intervention technique maneuver in the 3200 block of Northeast 145th Street.The passenger fled on foot and was not found.
The driver, a 24-year-old man, was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail for eluding, unlawful possession of a firearm, robbery in the first degree and assault in the first degree.
