Armed police seal off street in Scots town as officers deal with ongoing incident
Armed police have sealed off a street in Arbroath as they deal with an ongoing incident. Police were called to Keptie Street in the Angus town just before 1.30pm on Sunday, November 20.
The street has been sealed off by officers since around 3pm, with fire and ambulance crews also in attendance.
