The NFL Films crews have been around the Cardinals all season, gathering footage for the upcoming 'Hard Knocks' series featuring the team.
The NFL Films/HBO camera crews have been at Arizona Cardinals headquarters for so long, they're just part of the daily practice ambien.
"They do a great job of kind of laying in the shadows and you don’t notice it much, almost to a fault," Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said. "You’ll say some things that maybe could get you canceled and have to kind of give them the ‘OK, that’s out’, but it doesn’t interrupt anything. They do a great job with it."
The Cardinals, from owner Michael Bidwill to Kingsbury, have embraced being the subject of the award-winning reality show, however invasive of their daily routines and privacy it may be."Hard Knocks" has won 18 Emmy awards and earlier this year followed the Detroit Lions during training camp and the preseason.
"They’ve been around so I don’t think anybody, you kind of ignore them unless you're trying to say something crazy," Murray said of the camera presence. "I wouldn’t say it changes you. I just think you’ve just got to know when you can say stuff. You’ve just got to be smart. Somebody’s always watching," Murray said."You never really want to give anybody anything bad to say about you. It’s nothing new for me. It’s kind of how I was raised.
The Cardinals can't worry about being on HBO, as they have to turn their season around starting this week at home against Seattle. Still, Ertz said there are some funny guys on the team that would make for good content.
