April’s first confirmed PlayStation Plus game is Behaviour Interactive’s new IP Meet Your Maker. The post-apocalyptic building game will launch on Sony’s subscription service on day one
Developed by Behaviour Interactive, which is best known for its asymmetrical horror game Dead By Daylight, Meet Your Maker is set in a sci-fi world in which players are tasked with harvesting a precious resource known as GenMat.
It features two distinct modes: outpost defence and raiding. Players build outposts and decorate them with hazards, traps, and other dangers for any enemy player that enters. The goal is to build your outpost in such a way that means other players can’t reach the centre and claim the stash without being defeated.Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, Ghostwire: Tokyo and Rainbow Six Extraction are included
Players who build challenging or enjoyable bases can receive commendations from players who attempt the outpost. Once live, a player can then refine their outpost based on how other players approach their creation. Raiding sees players attempt to infiltrate player-made bases and extract the payload without dying. The raiding portion of the game can be played in either solo or co-op.
