APA, which has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, Atlanta, Toronto and London, is the latest agency whose personnel decisions amid the pandemic's economic fallout have been made known. Last Friday, Paradigm laid off more than 100 members of its 600-plus staff, with the remaining taking pay cuts of up to 50 percent.
