Anthony Elanga says he hope to maintain the high standards he learned at Manchester United – and which were inspired by the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo – during his Nottingham Forest career.
Elanga has made two appearances off the bench and could be in contention for a start when he makes a swift return to Old Trafford as Forest take on United this weekend. “I played with arguably one of the best players in the world – of all time– Ronaldo. And obviously playing with the likes of Bruno and Christian Eriksen, I can go through the whole team, [Raphael] Varane, Casemiro, I learned a lot from them, not just what they do on the pitch but off the pitch as well, their discipline and how they look after themselves.
