Annual duck race event to be held at Salford Quays
An annual charity event is engaging the community in a unique way to raise funds for essential medical equipment for hospitals in the region.

In last year’s duck race, The Doctors Laboratory won best dressed duck in the corporate race with their duck “The Quacken”.
The competition includes two duck races, family-friendly entertainment, delectable food stands serving pizza, hamburgers, and freshly made doughnuts, as well as a face painter and a tombola with prizes. Beaverbrooks the Jewellers and The Botanist Deansgate will also be donating gifts as prizes on the day for the lucky winners.
