There's one surprising name with enough fan support to garner a closer look: Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins, whose 1.8 million votes are third-best among Western Conference forwards and would currently qualify him for a starting spot in the All-Star Game. Wiggins deserves plentiful credit for turning in a career year and becoming an irreplaceable teammate on a championship contender. You could certainly make a solid argument that hebe an All-Star ... just not a starter.
