“American Idol is an iconic part of American pop culture and has hatched a significant amount of talent,” KAABOO partner and chief branding officer.
The festival has a discovery program that identifies local talent in Southern California, and says organizers "thought it would be a really great opportunity to highlight the winner of. “This is my dream come true. It’s all I have ever wanted to do since I was a young kid. The biggest festival near where I grew up is New Orleans Jazz Fest, but I have never been. Hopefully we can play there some day.
