Video has gone viral of Florida authorities removing Mercado's 10-day old baby at a surprise roadside stop.
star Syesha Mercado and her partner Tyron Deneer lost custody of their newborn daughter at a roadside check in Florida.
In it, Manatee County sheriff's office deputies show the couple a court order at the side of the road to turn over their then 10-day-old baby to the authorities for a hospital check-up, theIt comes only five months after Mercado lost custody of her son Amen'Ra, now 18 months old, whom she has said was"forcefully and legally kidnapped" by the Florida Department of Children and Families.
She can be heard telling female caseworkers,"do you have children?" and"you have no heart," adding,"this is so wrong."The child is in state protection following an August 12 court hearing, according to Donisha Prendergast, a founder of the organizationIt comes as the couple continues to fight for the return of their son who was placed in foster care after they went to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg on February 26.
However, the child was put into foster care after he was discharged, following allegations of malnutrition.
