Among a suite of new additions to its Echo smart speaker family, Amazon has unveiled the high-end Echo Studio, touted as its "best-sounding" of the bunch yet.
For the techies, it's got five drivers: A 1-inch tweeter, three 2-inch midrange speakers, and a 5.25-inch woofer. The device is available for pre-order at $199.99, and will be released on Nov. 7. “We love hearing feedback from customers about how they use Alexa throughout their day -- whether that’s listening to music, dropping in on a loved one, trying out a new recipe, or playing a game with the family,” Amazon Alexa senior vpexplained in a release. “We hope these new Echo devices will give customers even more ways to access Alexa.”
