The lawsuit is one of the first filed against Epstein's estate.
Wednesday against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate—as well as his longtime confidante Ghislaine Maxwell and three unnamed female household staff—alleging that Epstein raped her as well as repeatedly sexually assaulted her when she was 14 and 15.: ”I’m angry he won’t have to personally answer to me in the court of law. But my quest for justice is just getting started.”
The complaint alleges that Maxwell and the three others “conspired with each other to make possible and otherwise facilitate the sexual abuse and rape” of Araoz, according to NBC News, which first reported the development. Maxwell, whose whereabouts are unknown, could not be reached for comment; her legal team has not responded to requests for comment.
