The percentage of Americans viewing the economy as excellent or good dropped 8 points, according to CNBC's All-America Economic survey.The CNBC finds a widening gender gap in views on the economy as well as on the midterm election.The latest CNBC offers mixed signals, but leans against a wave Democratic election like that those that swept Republicans to power in 2010 and 2014.
