In a new interview, Alicia Silverstone claims that a meat-free vegan diet is responsible for 8-year-old son's good behavior.

Well, according to Alicia Silverstone, she knows the secret to keeping your children well-behaved and it all has to do with their diet. No more hot dogs, mac and cheese, pepperoni pizza or milk. If you want your kids to behave, she believes the key is to go vegan.
, Silverstone revealed that her son’s meat-free diet was responsible for their “harmonious” relationship. “I’ve never had to raise my voice to Bear,”author told the magazine. “I can just say ‘no, thank you’ and we respect each other and listen to each other. So much of that is because he’s not … a lot of it is the parenting, but a lot of it is the food. When your kid feels good, they act well.”
