Great news for Glasgow 👏
Aldi has released a list of 30 locations they wish to build upon with the retailer listing a new potential site in Glasgow.
The chain currently has more than 990 stores but now has a target of opening 1,200 stores, with the budget retailer on the lookout for specific sites. The company plans to pay finders fee to those who recommend them reports the Mirror.The locations will ideally be close to a main road with good visibility and access. Aldi are also looking for freehold town centre or edge-of-town sites that are around 1.5 acres and can accommodate a 20,000 square foot store with around 100 parking spaces.
