Here’s our conversation with Tracee Ellis Ross, a Golden Globe-winning actress best-known for her roles in the comedy series “Girlfriends” and “Black-ish.” She is the creator and narrator of “Mixed-ish” and the founder and CEO of Pattern Beauty, a haircare line for people with curls. Ms. Ellis Ross lives in Los Angeles.
