Acting Navy Sec. standing by tough words to USS Theodore Roosevelt crew, in which he blasted their ex-captain as 'too naive or too stupid to command a ship' amid fallout over leaked letter requesting stronger measures to stem the ship's spread of COVID-19.
In his remarks to the crew, Modly blasted Capt. Brett Crozier for his handling of the distribution of the letter that was leaked to the press and criticized media coverage of the whole situation.
