When the heavily pregnant mom asked for assistance, the EasyJet attendant allegedly told her: “You’re being abusive and it’s not my job to help you.”
A seven-months pregnant mother was kicked off an EasyJet flight after an attendant called her “abusive” when she asked for help finding space for her bag in the overhead compartment, causing everyone to get booted from the plane.
“You’ll need to find somewhere yourself even though there literally was nowhere,” Foster claimed the attendant replied. “Writing this, I understand it would make you think was I being abusive, but I honestly wasn’t and the whole plane can vouch for me,” Foster wrote. “People were actually putting this on [Facebook] about how bad I was treated.”
“To say I was in shock was an understatement in no way shape or form was I aggressive, the whole plane could see how she was being towards me,” Foster wrote. The family was met by eight police officers and two Swissport employees and were informed they would not be allowed back on the flight, as per the airline’s decision, the Ireland native claimed.
“The Captain took the decision to ask all passengers on the flight to return to the terminal so the situation could be resolved and as soon as it was they re-boarded and the aircraft continued to Ibiza.”
