The Green Bay Packers were without Aaron Rodgers at practice Wednesday, as the quarterback rehabbed a thumb injury.
Rodgers was officially listed as a non-participant on the injury report and said he spent the time rehabbing with Packers assistant athletic trainer Nate Weir. Neither coach Matt LaFleur nor Rodgers were overly concerned with how the thumb might affect Rodgers’ availability for Sunday’s game against the“Thumb's alright. It was nice to get a day off today, do some rehab,” Rodgers said Wednesday. “I’ll try to get back out there tomorrow at practice tomorrow and see how it feels.
“There's, you know, a lot of different modalities they got in there,” Rodgers said."From stem and laser. All these other contraptions they got. The whole gamut today with Nate in there. But it was a good hour-and-a-half session. Feeling better."
