After the overwhelming success of 2022’s Elvis, the late singer’s wife Priscilla Presley’s life gets the big screen treatment with Sofia Coppola’s highly-anticipated biographical drama Priscilla. Based on Priscilla Presley’s 1985 memoir Elvis and Me , the movie takes a look at the turbulent romantic relationship that she shared with the King of Rock N’ Roll.
In fact, Priscilla Presley is confident that the movie will “take everyone on an emotional journey”. Even though is credited as an executive producer, even she awaits the final cut of Coppola’s film as she said, “I am very excited to see the interpretation of my book by the masterful Sofia Coppola.” The teaser that is being argued upon was made public on June 21, 2023, on A24’s YouTube and social media handles.
Priscilla Cast The Priscilla cast is led by Cailee Spaeny, who is playing the titular character, with Jacob Elordi also starring alongside her as Elvis Presley. While Spaeny has previously appeared in Bad Times at El Royale and Mare of Easttown, Elordi emerged as an up-and-coming star thanks to his roles in The Kissing Booth trilogy and Euphoria.
