A founder of the iconic jean maker Guess, an executive with a document services firm and the president of a car wash chain were among the buyers and sellers of last week’s priciest metro Phoenix residential sales.Anaya Casa LLC paid cash for a 9,799-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms and 7 ½ bathrooms in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community.
DNT Holdings, which is led by Tyron Jenkins, the founder of the document service firm Docutech, was the seller. Laura Lester of Silverleaf Realty had the listing.Tyron Jenkins of DNT Holdings paid cash for a bigger, but less expensive, Silverleaf house than the one he sold last week. The 10,658-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms and 8 ½ bathrooms.
