The A’s put Ramón Laureano on the injured list and released Stephen Piscotty, the team announced Tuesday morning.
Another potential piece of the rebuilding A’s future is on the way following a series of roster moves Tuesday morning that included promoting top catching prospect Shea Langeliers to the big leagues.
The A’s are in the midst of a seven-game trip through Texas, playing the Rangers tonight looking to snap a nine-game losing streak. Langeliers is expected to be in the lineup, at DH. .
