‘A Haunting in Venice”
takes place in the aftermath of a shameful event: During a plague, children were locked down and forced to suffer in a Venetian palazzo. Cold-blooded doctors and nurses confidently proclaiming science was on their side made the policy, which resulted in killing the children. Now, many years later, restless spirits seemingly are carrying out a children’s vendetta: Doctors and nurses are dying in horrible, unexplained ways.
