A 93-year-old Berthoud man is missing and considered endangered and authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding him.
Grant Steffen failed to return home Wednesday after a trip to the Loveland Public Library, according to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. Steffen was driving a light blue 2007 Toyota Matrix sedan Colorado license plate 902 PEU. The car was last seen about 1:30 p.m. on Berthoud Parkway at County Road 24.
Steffen was wearing a blue L.L. Bean jacket, dark green wool shirt, blue jeans and brown shoes. He is 5’10” tall and weighs 165 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. The sheriff’s office describes Steffen as having memory and cognitive challenges. His family fears that he may be lost.
