Cycle route improvements towards Barwick Road and enhancements towards local bus services have been agreed upon too.
Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes have been given the go-ahead to start the project. The developers have received outline planning permission for the development of two, three and four-bedroom homes in the East Leeds Extension from Leeds City Council.
