According to online court records, Maiky Simeon, 30, of Miami Gardens, has not had a driver’s license since a 2014 ticket in Collier County for driving 109 mph, thereported. Simeon also still owes $1,070.38 in traffic fines to Miami-Dade and Collier counties, according to the newspaper.
