Jonathan Church, known for his work on Singin' In The Rain and The Drifters Girl, directs the classic song-and-dance spectacular. With hits including '42nd Street', 'We’re In The Money', and 'Lullaby of Broadway', it boasts all of the same tracks from the original Broadway production.
The story revolves around small-town girl Peggy Sawyer arriving in New York City hoping to see her name in lights. She quickly catches the eye of a big-time director and lands a spot in the chorus line of Broadway’s newest show and finds herself on the path to success., with former EastEnders star Samantha Womack as Dorothy Brock, actor Michael Praed as Julian Marsh, Steps icon Faye Tozer as Maggie Jones and TV legend Les Dennis as Bert Barry.
