A study claims that many will choose to continue using their vehicles without MOT certificates

One in six drivers with MOTs due in March say they won’t be able to pay for them, according to a new study. Data shows that March is set to be ‘the worst month we have ever seen when it comes to cars on our roads without an MOT’, Halfords chief executive Graham Stapleton has said.
