When pregnant workers receive adequate support, such as flexible work hours, paid maternity leave and access to quality healthcare, it directly correlates with a reduction in infant and maternal mortality rates.
By prioritizing the support for pregnant workers, we are investing in a future where children grow up to be healthier, intellectually agile, and emotionally stable adults - people who will be a part of our future workforce.
