UPDATE: 4 Shot, 1 Fatally, During Fight at Park Forest House Party, Police Say
According to the Park Forest Police Department, the shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Fir StreetFour people were shot, one of them fatally, during an altercation at a large house party early Friday in Park Forest, authorities said.
A 29-year-old man was found dead inside the scene, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds, authorities said. He was identified as Ladarius Williams, of Chicago. Two other victims, a 19-year-old from Waukegan and a 28-year-old from Chicago, were taken to area hospitals and transferred to a trauma center in critical condition, authorities said.
