Police received a report of several people shot at about 2:40 a.m. on Jersey Street and Oliver Street, officials said. A 17-year-old boy and 26-year-old man died as a result of the shooting and three others were wounded, two 19-year-old men and a 24-year-old man, authorities said. Officials did not respond to requests for information about the second, separate shooting, but said in a statement that two more people were injured in it.
