The teen — Keotepie Khiev, of Atlantic City — was a rear-seat passenger in the Honda, State Police said Monday. The man driving and front seat passenger were identified as Manchester, New Hampshire residents Keotepie Khiev, 31, and Reachsieh Khiev, 27, respectively. A 12-year-old Atlantic City girl who was a rear-seat passenger and a toll plaza attendant were both hospitalized with moderate injuries not considered life-threatening.
The crash took place just before 9:10 p.m. at the eastbound Egg Harbor toll plaza in Hamilton, officials said.A photo posted on Twitter showed
