Columbus officers Tylor Nixon, Robbie Whitlow and Sgt. Melvin Romans all have been charged with OVI, reports say.

Romans was pulled over by a State Highway Patrol trooper on Sunday, March 12, in Circleville in Pickaway County, reports say, for speeding and marked line violations. He has been charged with OVI, but his blood-alcohol level was not available.Whitlow, 35, was arrested in Pickerington in Fairfield County early Monday morning, WCMH reports, and he refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.
