Victory Park apartment tower near downtown Dallas sells to Lubbock investor.
Now the building has sold to a partnership headed by Madera Residential, a Lubbock-based multifamily property investor. The company owns over three dozen apartment communities valued at more than $2 billion.
Madera Residential has been buying properties since 2008. The investor has more than 29,000 residential rental units across Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston. The Cirque purchase was financed with a $62.4 million loan from MetLife Commercial Mortgage, according to county records.It’s one of several large downtown rental communities that’s been for sale.
