The 2023 Toyota RAV4 uses a 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine that develops 203 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque. It also comes equipped with a standard eight-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is available. Unlike the Rogue's engine, the RAV4's drivetrain lacks polish. The four-cylinder engine is loud, and the transmission frequently hunts for gears. This point goes to the Rogue.
Inside the Rogue, you'll find an 8.0-inch touchscreen and a small 4.3-inch digital display in the instrument cluster.
