A note on the company’s website reveals that “2023 Lyriq pre-orders are now full,” but would-be customers can still sign up for a spot on the pre-order waitlist. This means they could potentially snag a 2023 Lyriq if one becomes available but, if not, they’ll be first in line to pre-order the 2024 model.
Speaking of the 2024 Lyriq, Cadillac said initial deliveries are expected to begin in the spring of 2023. Getting back to the 2023 Lyriq, it carries a base price of $62,990 and is billed as a “rare convergence of art, technology and performance.” It features a 100 kWh battery pack that powers a rear-mounted electric motor developing 340 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque. This setup gives the crossover an EPA-estimated range of 312 miles on a single charge.all-wheel drive variant
early next year. The $64,990 crossover will have a dual-motor all-wheel drive system that develops a combined output of approximately 500 hp and this will enable the model to tow up to 3,500 lbs .
