The Ford Mustang Mach-E all-electric crossover delivers a lot to like despite many deriding its Mustang name.
Motor Company has made, it wears badging that automatically, and rather controversially, links it to one of the most desired sports cars of all time. To say that the model has a lot to prove is an understatement.
But, that doesn't happen all the time. Most of the moments spent behind the wheel are either short trips to stores or schools, running errands around town, or commenting. In those scenarios, the Mustang Mach-E also proves up to the challenge, providing manageable acceleration in city driving and one-pedal driving, where only the accelerator is used to regulate speed unless sharp braking is required, is easy to get used to.Dynamics are sharp enough but don't rival sports cars in any way.
Wide shoulders and taillights like what is found on the Mustang give the rear of the EV its character.There's no yoke steering wheel, basic functions remain the same as on other traditionally-powered vehicles, the shifter is standard rotary fare. Materials are similar to what you'll find in other Fords.
