Three people were killed in a crash between a bus with dozens of passengers and another vehicle just before midnight Monday on I-81. The two identified victims are Serigne Ndiaye, a 26-year-old man of unknown residence, and Alioune Diop, a 39-year-old man from Bronx, N.Y.
