The collision was reported at around 9:35 p.m. Thursday on Woodley Avenue near Victory Boulevard.
A gray Honda that was northbound on Woodley Avenue crossed over the center divider and collided with a southbound vehicle, Los Angeles police said.
The two dead victims were in the southbound vehicle. The driver and the passenger in that vehicle were hospitalized, and so were the 22-year-old driver and a passenger of the northbound vehicle, police said. The passengers who were injured, seriously, were a 30-year-old woman, a 28-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman.
